Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the services provided by TidyNest. By hiring our services, you agree to comply with these terms.
Services Offered
We provide decluttering and housekeeping services, which may include but are not limited to:
- Decluttering and organising spaces
- House cleaning (standard cleaning)
Scheduling and Cancellations
- Appointments must be scheduled at least 3 days in advance.
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee of 30% of the booking cost.
Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Accepted payment methods include Bank Transfer or Cash
- A nonrefundable deposit of 50% may be required for larger projects.
Gift Vouchers
- Gift vouchers are valid for use within 3 months from the date of issue.
- New Mum Gift vouchers are valid for use within 6 months from the date of issue.
- Gift vouchers must be used by the ‘use by’ date indicated and will be void thereafter.
- A Gift voucher entitles you to a one-time service up to the value stated on the voucher issued.
- The Gift voucher number must be supplied when booking.
- Gift vouchers are not refundable and cannot be returned or redeemed for cash.
- Refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of a gift voucher's value.
- Assigned to the named individual only; Gift vouchers may not be reassigned to another individual.
- TidyNest reserves the right to cancel the Gift Voucher if necessary, due to circumstances beyond our control.
- Any disputes arising will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide access to the property and ensure that areas to be serviced are free of hazards.
- The client agrees to inform TidyNest of any sensitive items or areas requiring special care.
Liability and Insurance
- TidyNest is fully insured. While we take utmost care in handling your property, we are not liable for damages arising from preexisting conditions or hidden defects.
- Clients are encouraged to secure valuable items prior to services.
Confidentiality
- We respect your privacy and will not disclose any personal information or details of your property without your consent.
Client Feedback
- Client feedback is important to us. Should you have any concerns or feedback, please contact us within 3 days of service completion.
Amendments
- TidyNest reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
Governing Law
- These terms shall be governed by the law of England and Wales.
